326 Targets Identified on Ualliq Property

VANCOUVER, January 28th, 2008 - Diamonds North Resources (DDN: TSX.V) and International Samuel Exploration Corp. (TSX-V: SAZ), announces that 326 geophysical targets have been identified on the Ualliq property in the Pelly Bay Diamond District of Nunavut.
The Ualliq property is 20 kilometres from the Qavvik kimberlite cluster on Diamonds North’s 100% owned Amaruk property where 22 kimberlites have been discovered to date. A total of 79 targets are rated as moderate to high priority targets and 46 targets range from 2 to 7 hectares in size.
Interpretation of approximately 21,000 line kilometres of detailed airborne magnetic data has been completed. The survey was flown over an area with abundant indicator minerals extending over a 60 kilometre area. Many of the targets have compelling kimberlite indicator mineral support.
“With over 300 targets, compelling mineral chemistry and located adjacent to our Amaruk property, Ualliq has all of the right ingredients for discovering a new diamondiferous kimberlite field in the Pelly Bay Diamond District,” says Mark Kolebaba, President & CEO of Diamonds North.
In addition, Diamonds North and International Samuel have entered into an agreement to form a 50:50 partnership on claims that were recently staked to form the Ualliq West property. The 250,000 acres of new claims are contiguous with the Amaruk and Ualliq properties and are less than 15 kilometres from Diamonds North’s Tuktu-1 kimberlite (550 diamonds recovered in 81.75 kilogram sample, see Diamonds North News Release NR08-01, January 8, 2008). A work program for these claims is in the planning stage. Diamonds North is the operator on both the Ualliq and Ualliq West projects
Bruce Kienlen (P.Geol) and Graham Gill (P. Geo) are Diamonds North's qualified persons reviewing these projects. They are responsible for the design and conduct of the exploration programs and the verification and quality assurance of analytical results.
