Directors and Officers

CONRAD SWANSON: President

Conrad Swanson sits on the board of several publicly-traded companies. Mr. Conrad Swanson's expertise is in recognizing high potential exploration projects and using leverage to reduce shareholder exposure to maximize returns. Mr. Swanson has been involved in the Canadian junior exploration business since 1996.  Since 1985 Mr. Swanson's knowledge of recognizing high potential exploration projects and providing the necessary components of funding, management and share structure has led to many successful ventures.

KINDER DEO: CFO & Director

Kinder Deo holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Physics, from the University of Bradford (UK), and a Master's Degree in Business Administration, from City University, Washington. Mr. Deo has 30 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) within government and private industry. He started in the IT industry as a Procedural Analyst in 1977 and is presently employed as a Technical Projects Manager, by the British Columbia Liquor Control Branch. Mr. Deo is experienced in financial systems and supply chain and understands audit controls that need to be included for business reporting. He is also is a Session Instructor at Douglas College, where he teaches a university transfer course in Systems Analysis.

GEOFFREY HAMPSON: Director

Mr. Hampson has a 30 year career as a Senior Executive and Entrepreneur in a variety of different businesses. His strength has been in technology, start-ups, mining, turn-around businesses and in industry consolidations where he has been able to build strong teams to lead these businesses into industry leading positions.

Over the past 30 years Mr. Hampson has been involved in over 20 M&A transactions on both the "buy" and "sell" side. Mr. Hampson has also negotiated over 10 International Joint Ventures in countries such as Brazil, India, Ukraine, Russia, South Africa and China. Mr. Hampson has many years of International experience and countless relationships around the world.

MARK TOMMASI: Director

Mr. Tommasi is a former investment advisor and has been a director and officer of a number of public and private companies both in the United States and Canada. With approximately 15 years involvement with public markets and companies he has garnered extensive experience in the management of junior companies.

Bob Krause: Director

Mr. Krause has been a consulting geologist since 1985, specializing in epi-mesothermal, skarn magmetic and volcanogenic massive sulphide mineral properties. His previous successes are in North, Central and South America as well as the Canadian Arctic. As well, his familiarity with corporate compliance issues from having served as a director on numerous public mining company boards.

JOHN MCDONALD, PhD

John McDonald served as Director for the Mineral Deposits Research Unit at the University of British Columbia during the formation and establishment of the organization. Dr. McDonald was also Chief Geologist and Exploration Manager - Western Canada with Esso Minerals Canada for ten years. Dr. McDonald is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists and Geological Society of Australia, and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

MALCOLM E. MCCALLUM, PhD, P.Geo.

Malcolm McCallum is a Professor Emeritus of Geology at Colorado State University where he was involved in mineral exploration-related teaching and research from 1962 through 1995. He retired from teaching in 1995 to devote more time to mineral exploration consulting but is still affiliated with the University as a senior research scientist. Dr. McCallum is a graduate of Middlebury College, the University of Tennessee and the University of Wyoming with A.B., M.S., and Ph.D's, respectively, in Geology. He is a Fellow of the Geological Society of America, the Society of Exploration Geochemists, the Society of Economic Geologists, and the Mineralogical Society of America.

Dr. McCallum was employed as a part-time (WAE) field research geologist with the U.S. Geological Survey from 1956 through 1984 and has been a part-time consulting geologist for mineral exploration companies since then. He is the co-founder of HDM Laboratories Inc. of Colorado, which specializes in diamond and gold exploration samples and evaluations. He has practiced in the United States, Canada, South America and Europe. Dr. McCallum has been involved in kimberlite and diamond-related research and exploration since 1964, and was a major participant in the discovery of diamondiferous kimberlite occurrences in Colorado, Wyoming, Venezuela and Canada's NWT, Nunavut, and B.C.
