Corporate

International Samuel Exploration Corp. is a Canadian exploration company actively exploring for base and precious metals in the Reed Lake District of Manitoba and for diamonds in the Canadian Arctic. The company has 4 key projects it is currently focusing on. The Company’s mission is to fund the exploration and development of these projects to enhance shareholder value.

Reed Lake Project

International Samuel has acquired a 50% interest in 78,513 hectares strategically located around the VMS Ventures Inc. base metal discovery in the historic and very prolific Flin Flon mining camp. 27 significant mineral deposits have been continuously discovered in the area over the past 75 years. The most recent discovery is the HudBay Lalor Lake property with 20 million tonnes of 8.8 % zinc.

VMS Ventures announced a drill intersection of 2.50 metres of 15.3 % copper, within 10.5 metres of 11.19 % copper, within 22.25 metres of 7.75 % copper. The International Samuel property is contiguous to the north, west, and south of the property hosting this discovery.

In April 2008, the Company completed a 2,830 line kilometre VTEM (Geotech) airborne electromagnetic survey. The VTEM survey system has proved to be one of the industry's best airborne, deep-penetrating electromagnetic systems. The survey will be used to search for basement conductors and resistivity lows that reflect volcanic massive sulphide mineralization.

Using a deep-penetrating electromagnetic geophysical system will enable International Samuel to pursue deep base metal targets with a great deal of confidence.

Ualliq Project

During 2007, over 326 targets were identified on the Ualliq Diamond property in Nunavut from initial airborne geophysical interpretation.  More than 20,000 line kilometres of airborne geophysics have been surveyed over the property primarily over a well defined kimberlite indicator mineral train that originates on the property.  Ualliq is less than 20 kilometres from several recently discovered kimberlites on the diamondiferous Amaruk property.  From an initial review of the data, seven targets were selected for preliminary testing with an RC drill prior to the end of the program. No kimberlites was intersected.  An extensive drill program to test 20 to 30 targets is planned for spring 2008. Final interpretation and target selection for this program will be completed over the next few months.  International Samuel Exploration Corp. has an option to earn up to 30% interest in the property.

Afridi Project

The joint venture consists of Shear Minerals with 58.2 % as operator, International Samuel with 25.4% and New World Resources and Mantle Resources each holding a 8.2% interest in the property. The Afridi Property comprises 57,000 acres within the "Corridor of Hope" in the world famous Lac de Gras Diamond District, in the Northwest Territories. The property adjoins Peregrine Diamonds WO claims where the DO-27 kimberlite is being bulk sampled for economic diamonds. There are more than 40 known kimberlites within 40 kilometers of the property. Recent approval by the JV partners for a C$1.2 million exploration 2007/2008 program consisting of 2,850-line kilometre high-resolution airborne gravity survey designed to show density contrast between the surrounding rock and kimberlite. From there, targets will be ranked and later checked using ground geophysics. Priority targets will be drill tested.
